Single-line diagrams
Review distribution topology, equipment and protection ratings, source and feeder relationships, and grounding arrangements against the supplied design basis and reference information.
Technical review of single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, schematics and interconnections. Findings identify the sheet, detail and significance, with response and closeout status recorded.
Review distribution topology, equipment and protection ratings, source and feeder relationships, and grounding arrangements against the supplied design basis and reference information.
Review phase connections, CT/VT ratios and polarity as shown, metering and protection circuit connections, and consistency with the single-line diagrams and supplied device information.
Review control logic, permissives, interlocks, trip and reset paths, and the indicated loss-of-power or fail-state behavior against the agreed operating sequence.
Cross-check cable tags, core and terminal assignments, I/O references and end-to-end connection consistency across the supplied drawings, schedules and vendor information.
Removal and new-work interfaces can be reviewed within the agreed scope: retained equipment, revised connections and continuity between the existing and proposed drawing sets.
The interconnection shows TB1:13; the supplied schedule shows TB1:14 for the same cable and core.
The review flags the conflict; your design team decides which terminal is right. Closing a comment does not authorize construction or use.
Each finding identifies the drawing or detail, the observed issue, its significance and the recommended action. Missing evidence is recorded as a query or review limitation.
We review the agreed drawing register once, then make one closeout pass on our original comments using your consolidated responses and revised affected sheets. Closeout checks those comments; it is not a full fresh review of every revised sheet.
Review-only or drafting + review: quoted separately once we have seen the drawing register, complexity, review depth and reference documents. The drafting package prices do not include this review.
Agree the drawing register and revisions, review stage, design basis, applicable project standards, operating sequences, available calculations and vendor references before the review. The report records the checked scope and reference gaps.
Added drawings, a changed design basis, newly introduced changes outside the original findings, additional closeout cycles or a full review of a later revision are scoped and quoted separately before work proceeds.
Drafting and technical review can be quoted together with separate deliverables and allowances. The quote identifies who prepares and who reviews the work; a separate-person or independent check is included only when explicitly agreed and resourced. CAD implementation of review comments must be included in the drafting scope or quoted separately.
Technical review provides engineering findings and recommendations on the supplied information. It does not include producing new designs or calculation studies, field verification, certification, signing or sealing. The responsible project team decides the design response and authorizes final issue; a closed comment is not construction or use approval.
