Removal, new-work and record drawings in detail

Removal drawings.

Equipment, circuits and routes to be removed or retained, drafted from your approved demolition markups. Removal decisions and site verification stay with your team.

New-work drawings.

New sheets drafted from your approved layouts, schematics, details and schedules, to your CAD standards. Original engineering design stays with your team.

Existing and record updates.

Existing drawings revised from approved redlines or verified field records, with identifiers, references and revisions brought into line.

We draft from your approved direction. Engineering design decisions stay with your team.

How an assignment runs.

Scope and fee are fixed in writing before we start. Every handoff comes with its checks and open questions recorded.

Scope and review terms
01

Tell us about the work.

Start with a non-confidential outline. We agree file access, confidentiality and one point of contact.

02

Set the scope in writing.

Drawing list, references, fixed fee, dates and review rounds are agreed before work starts.

03

We draft or review.

Drafting: approved changes implemented and checked. Review: drawings compared against your references, with findings and queries logged.

04

You get a traceable handoff.

Drawing files or review findings, with open items and next actions recorded. Design decisions and release stay with your team.

Confidential files stay on the tools and access arrangements you approve.

Questions before you start.

Scope, timing, standards, confidentiality and sign-off.

Can we book electrical drawing review without drafting?

Yes. Single-lines, three-lines, schematics and interconnections can be reviewed on their own. You receive marked-up PDFs, prioritized findings, a cross-drawing discrepancy register and closeout status. Review is quoted separately from the drafting packages.

Can you work to our CAD standards?

Yes. Mention your required DWG version and CAD standards in the first non-confidential outline. We agree confidentiality and file access before you share templates or project files, and resolve compatibility before confirming scope and dates.

How quickly can the first drawing be delivered?

It depends on the changes, the condition of the source files and our current workload. Tell us your deadline in the inquiry; we confirm a delivery date in writing once we have seen the inputs.

How are confidential drawings handled?

Start with a non-confidential outline. We agree confidentiality terms, who receives files and where they are shared before any project documents are sent. This website does not accept file uploads.

Who makes the engineering and approval decisions?

Your team does. Drafting implements your approved direction; review returns findings and recommendations. Original design, calculation studies, field verification, installation and signing or sealing are outside these services.

How can we assess the service before committing?

Start with Pilot 5: up to five straightforward drawings at a fixed fee, with one consolidated review round and an agreed delivery date. You see the real drawings, communication and file handling before committing more work.

Add drawing counts, stages or a deadline (optional)

Add what you know; leave the rest blank. These details help us assess the scope before quoting.

Drafting quantities (optional)

Count distinct sheets once. A separate removal sheet and new-work sheet count as two. Put a combined sheet in its main category; leave unknown counts blank.

Drawing mix not yet specified.

Count each distinct sheet once. This review register is scoped separately from the drafting quantities, even if the same sheets need both services.

A request, not a confirmed commitment.

Preparing a draft does not send it. Review it, then send from your email app. Scope, fees and dates are agreed before work starts.
