starting point.

Compare drafting packages, explore the allowances, and define a scope that fits your drawing set.

Choose the drawing allowance you need.

What each package includes

Prices assume straightforward sheets drafted from usable source DWGs and complete, approved inputs, in the example mix for each package. A different mix or more complex sheets can change the fee, and you get a fixed quote before work starts. Taxes excluded. See the example mixes and inclusions.

Electrical drawing review is quoted separately. Single-lines, three-lines, schematics and interconnections, priced once we see the drawing register.

Pilot 5

From $500 USD

Up to 5 drawings and 1 consolidated review round.

Discuss this scope

Starting prices assume straightforward sheets, usable source DWGs and approved inputs. Taxes excluded. Your fixed quote follows input and complexity review.

What each package includes.

Five, twenty-five or fifty drawings of removal, new-work and existing-drawing updates. Add a separately scoped technical review, or book a review on its own.

Prices apply to the example mix shown for each package. Your written quote confirms the accepted scope, fixed fee and applicable taxes.

  • Drafting QA/QC record

What the starting price covers

Starting prices cover the example mix shown for each package: straightforward sheets using usable source DWGs, complete client-approved markups or layouts, supplied CAD standards and existing details or templates. New drawings are drafted from that approved information. A different mix or greater complexity may change the fee even within the drawing limit. The quoted mix, stage inputs and dates are agreed before work starts.

CAD reconstruction from poor scans, dense or complex schematics, extensive tracing, bespoke detailing and accelerated delivery need a separate assessment. Any fee or schedule change is agreed before extra work.

Starting prices in USD; applicable taxes excluded. Final fixed fee follows input and complexity review.

How drawings are counted.

Each distinct issued sheet counts once, whatever its type. For example, 20 removal + 20 new-work + 10 existing-drawing updates make one 50-drawing package.

One distinct issued sheet = one drawing

A separately numbered removal sheet and new-work sheet count as two drawings. If both scopes are authorized on one issued sheet, it counts as one. DWG and PDF versions of the same sheet do not count twice.

The allowance is shared across drawing types

Choose an agreed mix of removal, new-work and existing-drawing updates within the 5, 25 or 50 drawing limit. Example mixes are illustrations, not extra allowances. Drawing indexes and cover sheets count if drafting them is part of the agreed deliverables.

Review-stage reissues are already in the scope

Reissuing the same drawing at IFR60, IFR90 and final does not create three drawings. The Milestone 50 limit is 50 distinct sheets in total across the stages. Added sheets require an agreed scope and fee adjustment.

What is checked before a drafting issue?

Four checks before every issue.

A documented check of the agreed inputs, drawing changes and handoff files.

Agree the check basis

Confirm approved inputs, drawing list, CAD standards, file version and issue requirements before drafting.

Reconcile the markups

Check that approved changes are implemented and unresolved or conflicting instructions are recorded.

Check the drawing package

Check identifiers, revisions, layers, references and cross-sheet tags against supplied information, then inspect plotted output.

Record the handoff

Include the drafting check record, change summary and open-query status with every agreed issue.

This is a documented drafting self-check, not an engineering review; technical drawing review is a separate scoped service. Final design decisions and authorization for use or construction remain with your team.

The Milestone 50 review route.

Three consolidated review rounds across one agreed drawing set, from IFR60 to final issue. Release authority stays with your team.

View the IFR60 → IFR90 → final issue route
  1. IFR60

    Initial review set

Prepare the agreed drawings from approved inputs for the client's first review. Initial production does not consume a revision round.

  2. ROUND 1

    IFR60 comments → IFR90

Incorporate one consolidated IFR60 comment set and the agreed stage inputs into the IFR90 review set.

  3. ROUND 2

    IFR90 comments → pre-final

Incorporate one consolidated IFR90 comment set and return the pre-final set for the client's release review.

  4. ROUND 3

    Pre-final closeout → final issue

Incorporate the consolidated pre-final comments and prepare the final package after the client's release authorization.

IFR60 and IFR90 are client-defined Issued for Review stages, not a guarantee of percentage completion. Final issue may be IFU (Issued for Use), IFC (Issued for Construction) or another client-defined status. Your procedure sets stage content and release authority.

What counts as a revision?

One round is one consolidated set of comments from your team, agreed before the first drawing.

One round = one consolidated comment set

Your nominated contact combines reviewer comments into one agreed submission. We incorporate the in-scope comments and return the revised set. The allowance is per package, not per sheet or reviewer.

Our drafting corrections do not use your allowance

Drafting errors against the agreed inputs are corrected without an additional drafting charge and without using an included review round.

Planned development is agreed by stage

For Milestone 50, the quotation states which client-approved input development is included at each gate. Planned in-scope stage development is not automatically an extra.

Changes are agreed before extra work

Extra rounds, added drawings, changed project basis, reworked approved layouts or reopened completed stages require an agreed scope, fee and schedule adjustment before proceeding.

Delivery dates follow input and capacity review. The schedule assumes complete agreed inputs and the client's agreed comment-return dates. Changed inputs or late feedback require a revised schedule to be agreed.

Add drawing counts, stages or a deadline (optional)

Add what you know; leave the rest blank. These details help us assess the scope before quoting.

Drafting quantities (optional)

Count distinct sheets once. A separate removal sheet and new-work sheet count as two. Put a combined sheet in its main category; leave unknown counts blank.

Drawing mix not yet specified.

Count each distinct sheet once. This review register is scoped separately from the drafting quantities, even if the same sheets need both services.

A request, not a confirmed commitment.

Preparing a draft does not send it. Review it, then send from your email app. Scope, fees and dates are agreed before work starts.
